What is included in this patch (#3) ?
Patch #3 is a complete upgrade to version 1.3 of the
software. It is a MAJOR release patch and your 1.2.0 database should
be backed up and kept for archival purposes should there ever be a need to
revert (or if you have problems applying the patch and need to repeat).
This
patch INCLUDES all prior patches.
Bugs Fixed
• The Clubber dues
window now only displays dues given
during the current club year and not
all dues ever given.
• There was an odd problem when
using the Clubber Achievement Detail
form and back dating achievements,
THEN using the Clubber Achievement
form and completing achievement such
that Section 3 of an activity could
actually be dated as complete prior
to Section 2.
• Cumulative Points per Clubber
report now displays the "printed on"
date correctly.
• "Unexpected error...value was
either too large or too small for an
Int16" error when accessing Check-In
bug has been fixed.
• The third level grouping header
was not displaying on reports.
For example, when grouping by
Team/Team Subsort, the Team Subsort
was not being displayed in the
report section header. This
now displays correctly.
• The Achievement Detail report
will now group by Team/Team Subsort.
Enhancements
• Clubmouse Pro serial numbers
are now static and also can be cut
and pasted directly into an email
instead of having to type it (which
can be error prone) into the email
when requesting an activation code.
• Space was added to the Combined
Achievement report where the Last
Updated activity name was being
truncated.
• You can now double click on the
points/shares grid to invoke edit
instead of having to manually click
the edit button.
• The Sections said by Date Range
has been neatened to correct a space
wasting problem and has been given a
total field so that each clubber now
shows a total sections said given
the date range.
New Reports
Section Count by Date Range -
this report shows (by club/team)
each clubber and the total
number of book sections completed between a start and stop date.
