Clubmouse Pro is an Awana record
keeping software a club secretary
(or multiple club secretaries) uses
to track the check-in and handbook
activities for a clubber.
The program uses this data to
track activity (section)
completions, book completions,
awards received, awards due,
points/shares, etc.
This program was originally
created by a club secretary who was
tired of tracking (and losing) paper
records. After many years with
the original version (Clubmouse
Classic) he teamed up with a
software engineer at his church to
develop Clubmouse Pro.

with Awana record keeping for years
(the old way), I began to realize
that more time and labor was being
used than needed to be. I looked to
see what software was available
and was surprised to find that only
one program existed and that is was
an outdated DOS program which was
very inflexible and not keeping up
with the times. I also found that
Awana International did not have any
plans to create it's own program."

I said, "why not?" These thoughts
all came together after landing on
my back for 6 weeks due to an
accident. During this time I
mentally outlined the method to be
used and after my recovery worked
for a couple of years on the initial
release sometime around 1997-98 (Awanamouse
version 1.0 )."
